A motorcycle headed toward town on Bridge Street was involved in an accident with a vehicle pulling out from Fifth Street on Thursday. According to the Winnemucca Police Department, the motorcycle rider attempted to brake, laid the motorcycle out, and slid under the vehicle. The individual was flown out of Winnemucca for medical care, but his condition is unknown. NHP is assisting with the investigation of the wreck and will present a final analysis to WPD.
