Merle Stout of Battle Mountain, formerly of Manteca, Calif., passed away on June 6, 2012. He is survived by his mother Pauline Stout, his brother Marvin Stout, and his sister Carol Smith. Merle is also survived by his III daughter's Penny Phinney, Reba Grissom, and Gina London, and XII grandkids and VII great grandkids, with many nieces and nephews.
