WINNEMUCCA - At Lowry every month, a student from each class is chosen because they show exemplary talent beyond the normal learning community.
For this month our students were Megan Lombardi, Kylee Broadhead, Carli Evatz and Allie Lampshire.
Megan Lombardi, our freshmen student of the month, was nominated by Mrs. Vicki Meissner, she explained how when Megan was on the varsity soccer team; she always got her work early, and turned it on time. Mrs. Meissner also says, "she is a joy to work with."
The sophomore student of the month was appointed to Kylee Broadhead, who was nominated by Mr. Andrew Meyer. He explains that Kylee shows a great deal of patients and dedication in his welding class. "She follows instruction, and is a great student to work with," claims Mr. Meyer.
Carli Evatz is the student of the month from the junior class, who was nominated by Mr. Ty Lucas. He explains how Carli is one of the hardest-working people he has ever been associated with. He also says, "Carli goes above and beyond every assignment that is placed before her."
Allie Lampshire was appointed student of the month from the senior class. Mrs. Lynn Ludlow, who describes Allie as such, a motivated girl who brings joy to the world, nominated her.
