Lowry High School seniors Beau Billingsley and Luis Cardenas were named to the Division I-A all-state first-team. Billingsley was selected at running back and Cardenas at offensive line.
Moapa Valley's RJ Hubert and Brent Lewis were named the MVP and Coach of the Year, respectively. The Pirates beat Desert Pines in overtime to win the Division I-A state championship.
Moapa Valley's Zach Hymas was named the Offensive MVP and Churchill County's and Desert Pines' Anthony Smith were named the Co-Defensive MVP's. Elko's Benton Wickersham was named the Lineman of the Year.
Rounding out the first team was Churchill County quarterback Joe Pyle. Joining Billingsley at running back were, Nathan Heck (Churchill County), Kaleb Bodily (Moapa Valley) and Isiah Morris (Desert Pines).
Cole Mulcock (Moapa Valley), Mark Rubalcaba (Faith Lutheran) and Dylan Jabines (Churchill County) was named at wide receiver. Nate Klekas (Elko) was chosen at tight end.
The offensive line was rounded out by John Molchon (Faith Lutheran), Cody Stadtman (Churchill County), Sam Poutasi (Desert Pines) and Tanner James (Moapa Valley). Isiah Lyles-May (Clark) was chosen as the return specialist.
The first-team defense included Moapa Valley linebackers Andrew Huerta and Jose Rios, Vasa Hansell (Desert Pines), Jordan Walters (Elko) and Riley Williams (Churchill County).
The defensive line included Jacob Pengally (Elko), Tyler Roemer (Fernley), Drazen Tojic (Spring Valley) and Angel Torres (Desert Pines). Sierra Vista's Javion Hunt and Cheyenne's Ashton Lawson were named at corner back and the safety's were Michael Bianco (Spring Valley), Randal Grimes (Sierra Vista) and Andre Watts (Desert Pines).
Fernley's Shane Kelso was chosen as the punter and Faith Lutheran's Ryan Callan was the kicker.
Lowry's Donovan Brumm was named to the second team at linebacker and was joined by Brian Reyes (Fernley), Robert Ahearn (Clark) and Raheen Edmonds (Spring Valley).
The defensive line included Chris Goree (Sierra Vista), Veuki Taumoefolau (Clark), Hunter Holcomb (Churchill County) and Brandon Erickson (South Tahoe).
Truckee's Tanner Sawyer and Elko's Eric Van Kirk were selected at corner back, Fernley's Shane Kelso and Elko's Adam Bullock at safety and Truckee's Jose Araiza and Moapa Valley's Derek Cooper were picked at punter. Araiza was also picked as a kicker.
The second team offense was comprised of quarterback's Mason Cain (South Tahoe) and Kevin Montgomery (Fernley). Braxton Williams (Spring Creek), Brian Reyes (Fernley), Jason Wilson (Elko), Ty Flanagan (Mojave) and Maliek Broady (Sierra Vista) were named at running back.
The wide receivers were comprised of Marquice Stuart (Clark), Jon McCoy (Desert Pines), Chris Greco (Wooster) and Araiza (Truckee). Pahrump Valley's Jeremiah England was named at tight end.
