WINNEMUCCA - Losers held on to its lead in the Winnemucca Pool League standings after beating Land Sharks 11-6 in week 98 play. Losers has a 17-1 record and 214 out of a possible 306 points through 19 weeks of play.
Rack Pack (16-2) remained in second place with an 11-6 victory over Bar M Saloon and has 204 out of a possible 306 points. Club 40 (13-5) is third with 173 out of a possible 306 points after beating Hole in the Wall 10-7.
Land Sharks (12-4) is fourth and has 168 out of 272 points. Sand Diggers (9-9) rounds out the top five with 161 points, while Sand Lizards (10-7) is sixth with 148 points.
Bar M Saloon (5-12) is seventh with 134 out of 289 points, and Hole in the Wall (6-10) is eighth with 126 points. Cheers (6-10) is ninth with 121 out of 272 points, and Rehab Group (4-12) rounds out the top 10 with 113 points. Shaft Thiss (4-12) and Ram Rods (2-16) finish out the standings.
In other week 18 action, Sand Diggers defeated Sand Lizards 10-7 and Ram Rods beat Rehab Group 9-8.
Joseph Sullivan leads the individual standings with a 9.50 average and 28 wins.
Ted Garcia (9.42) leads in the Top Gun standings, while Garth Humphries (9.38) is second. Mike Hughes (9.25) is third, and Jake Roeder (9.12) and Guillermo Garcia (8.79) round out the top five.
