IMLAY - Imlay Beachbody Coach Sierra Frazier recently returned home from the 2013 Beachbody Summit in Las Vegas, where she was motivated by intense Beachbody trainers Chalean Johnson, Shaun T and Tony Horton and over 7,000 fellow Beachbody coaches.

"I came home pumped up and motivated to help my friends realize their dreams," Frazier said.

The summit theme was "Dream Big."

"No matter what your dream is, do something every day to accomplish that dream" was one of the many inspirations she brought back, Frazier said. "This summit inspired me that you can never have a dream that is too big."

Frazier said that her main goal is to have a healthy lifestyle. A year ago, Frazier said she found herself at over 200 pounds, depressed and unhealthy. She said that she tried diets, pills and the latest fads but none of it helped her lose weight or improve her self perception. Then a friend gave her the Insanity Workout video.

"I liked it and it helped me lose my first 20 pounds," she said.

After the first 20 pounds, the weight was harder to get off and she made a post on her Facebook page that she needed help working the program; that's when her Beachbody coach found her. With his encouragement and keeping her accountable for staying on task within one summer she lost over 60 pounds and has kept it off. She now stays with the Beachbody program to continue to tone and define her body she said.

"When people started asking me how I lost all that weight, my coach Eddie Fritz encouraged me to become a coach," she said. "He has become more than a coach; he has become a very close friend. That's what I love about Beachbody; the relationships we build with people are more than just customer relationships. We become close friends and are involved in each others lives. We are never alone and never let each other feel alone."

Frazier touched on one of the workshops she attended on time management. Frazier juggles two jobs and is raising her young niece.

"I realized what I'm doing that was wasting my time and what I'm doing that is using my time efficiently. No matter what you want to do, whether it is to read a book, clean your house or get healthy, you have the time to do it if you use your time efficiently," Frazier said.

Now she wants to pass that valuable information along to her friends.

"The class helped me and I want to help other people to learn how to manage their time and realize their dreams. Anything I can do to help others stay motivated, I want to do it," she said.

Frazier does not charge for her coaching, whether it is on life skills or exercise or nutrition. She leads a fit club twice a month at the Imlay Community Center and has a weekly walking group.

"My friends call or text or email me for help, and if I can help them I will," she said.

Anyone who would like to contact her with questions on healthy lifestyle, nutrition, exercise or motivation can email her at heytherecoachsierra@gmail.com or contact her through her website www.beachbodycoach.com/heytheresierra.

"It's not easy, but you will get stronger and in the end you will become a stronger person," she said.
