WINNEMUCCA - On Sept. 17, 10 4-H youth from the Paradise Valley 4-H Shooting Sports Club traveled to Carson City to compete in the 2011 State 4-H Shooting Match. The youth worked hard all summer to qualify in their respective shooting disciplines so they could make the trip to Carson City and compete. There were over 90 youth from around the State of Nevada competing at the State 4-H Shooting Sports Match.
All of the Humboldt County 4-H youth competing placed well in their respective shooting disciplines and seven of those youth won Nevada State 4-H Shooting Sports medals for their efforts. Congratulations to all of the youth that competed in the State 4-H Shooting Match event.
