On Oct. 20, 2014, Linda Fetters, age 71, died in her home in Winnemucca, Nev. She was born Linda Louise Niccolls in Chewelah, Wash., to her loving parents, Elmer and Lillian Niccolls.
She traveled far throughout her life to get to where she was today. At 19 years old she married the love of her life Mike Fetters and they moved to Kings River, Nev., where Mike worked as a ranch hand before moving to her forever home in Winnemucca. She worked for many years at the assessor's office until her retirement in 2012 where she gained many wonderful friends. She was a woman who loved what the world and all that Nevada had to offer. She enjoyed exploring the Nevada desert and spent many springs, summers and early falls working in her garden. She had a love for reading, Jeopardy and Elvis.
She is survived by her sister Sandra Mathews, brothers John (Edna) Niccolls and Ken (Terry) Niccolls, nieces Kathy(Tim) Ugaldea, Amy (Jerry) Amrhein and Rose Moravec. Her great niece Lillian Moravec, great nephews Justin (Hayley) Rost, Jared (Brooke) Rost and Trevor Moravec, and great great nephew Tate Rost and great great niece Mckenzie Rost along with many other nieces and nephews, and her dear friend Charlene Salmi.
She was preceded in death by her husband Mike Fetters, parents Elmer and Lillian Niccolls and her sister Sharon Clute.
She was someone who helped everyone but most of all her family. She will be greatly missed by all of us.
