LHS selects this year's Homecoming candidates

Lowry's Homecoming starts on Monday, Oct. 6. Leadership interviewed this year's Homecoming candidates so the community can get to know them.

Our first king candidate is Beau Billingsley. He is involved in Lettermen's Club, National Honor Society, varsity football, and varsity wrestling. His hopes for Homecoming are to win the football game Friday night.

Our second king candidate is Donovan Brumm. He is involved in varsity football, and varsity baseball, Lettermen's Club and National Honor Society. His hopes for Homecoming are to beat Elko and win homecoming.

Our last king candidate is Kelvin Meza. He is involved in varsity football, varsity wrestling and varsity track. His hopes for Homecoming are to beat Elko and to start a conga line at the dance.

Our first queen candidate is Cecily Snow. She is involved in varsity dance, Leadership, National Honor Society and Lettermen's Club. Her hopes for Homecoming are to beat Elko!

Our second queen candidate is Meg Montero. She is student body president; she is involved in Leadership, National Honor Society, Lettermen's Club, varsity volleyball, varsity basketball, and varsity track. Her hopes for Homecoming are to have an amazing game against Dayton and enjoy all the senior activities.

Our last queen candidate is Chelsea Baker. She is involved in varsity cheer (four years), and drama. Her hope for Homecoming is for it to be really dope and she hopes that everyone gets involved. She also said, "It's really cool to be a candidate!"[[In-content Ad]]
