Battle Mountain High School celebrated Homecoming last week with a number of activities for the students. The week included powder puff football, he-man volleyball, class skits and dress up days. A parade featuring 16 floats took to the streets on Friday afternoon, starting at Etchevvery's Foodtown and concluding at Battle Mountain Junior High School. The Homecoming king and queen were announced at halftime of the varsity football game on Friday night.
