Lenore M. (Button) Conway, age 85, passed away Nov. 5, 2013, at Saint Mary's Hospital in Reno, Nev.
Lenore was born July 27, 1928, in Winnemucca, Nev., to Isaac Victor and Viola Button. She was raised in Winnemucca and graduated from Humboldt County High School in 1946. She spent several years in Sacramento, Calif., and she spent her last 20 years in Reno, Nev.
Lenore was a founding member of NOLA, a western history organization and proudly organized 29 National Conventions for that origination.
Lenore married Clifford Conway and was a homemaker and mother. She is survived by her daughter Paula Gienger and son Craig Conway, and six grandchildren, Cassandra Ferreria, Erin Gienger, Allison Bettner, Dana Kuhlmann, Victor Conway, Andrew Conway and Amanda Conway; one cousin Jack Gomes and five great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Viola Button, her husband Clifford, a son Alan Conway and a half-sister Dorothy.

Viewing will be held Friday Nov. 15, 2013, from noon to 1:45 p.m. at Albertson Funeral Home in Winnemucca Nev. with graveside service at the Winnemucca Cemetery at 2 p.m.
