The Lander County Sheriff's Office reports the following arrests for the period of Oct. 18 - 23:



Oct. 18

Kenneth Michael Crow, of Barberton, Ohio, was arrested for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; 2) Drive on Suspended/Revoked License.



Robert Shane Overholser, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for Battery/Domestic Violence.



Hillary Megan Fjeldsted, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for Battery/Domestic Violence.



Annette Sue Narramore, of Provo, Utah, was arrested for 1) Transport A Controlled Substance; 2) Possession Of Marijuana with Intent to Sell; 3) Possession Of Marijuana.



Scotty Lynn Narramore, of Provo, Utah, was arrested for 1) Transport a Controlled Substance; 2) Possession Marijuana with Intent To Sell; 3) Possession of Marijuana.



Oct. 20

Rodolfo Guizar, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for Failure to Appear After Admission.



Francisco Javier Castaneda, of Battle Mountain, was booked to serve time on a court sentence.



Oct. 21

Michael Steven Ferguson, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for 1) Driving Under The Influence of Alcohol; 2) Drive With Revoked Drivers License for DUI.



Paden Ryan Babcock, of Battle Mountain, was booked for Judges Orders, Hold until Drug Court.



Joe Wayne Burkhalter, of Hermiston, Ore., was arrested for Possession of 1 ounce less of Marijuana.



Oct. 23

Michael David Johnson, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for defrauding an Innkeeper.

In the matter regarding the defendant, Kevin Elquist, having been charged with the crime(s) of: Battery upon Officer Engaged in the Performance of His Duty Peace. The following disposition/action was a result thereof: Preliminary hearing set for Nov. 1, 2011, at 1:30 p.m.



In the matter regarding the defendant, William Belville, having been charged with the crime(s) of: Disturbing the Peace. The following disposition/action was a result thereof: Defendant entered a plea of "Guilty"; Sentenced: Fined $412, one day jail.



In the matter regarding the defendant, Juan Casteneda, having been charged with the crime(s) of: Loitering About School or Public Place Where Children Congregate. The following disposition/action was a result thereof: Defendant entered a plea of "No Contest"; Sentenced: 180 days jail/credit three/177 days suspended upon conditions.



Oct. 18

In the matter regarding the defendant, Susan Tybo, having been charged with the crime(s) of: Unlawful Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The following disposition/action was a result thereof: Case continued; Pending District Court case.



In the matter regarding the defendant, Susan Tybo, having been charged with the crime(s) of: Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance; Offer, Attempt, or Commission of Unauthorized Act Relating To Controlled or Counterfeit Substance Unlawful; Unlawful To Allow Child To Be Present During Commission Of Certain Violations Which Involve Controlled Substances. In the matter regarding the defendant, Stephen Annis, having been charged with the crime(s) of: Kidnapping Resulting in Substantial Bodily Harm; Battery Resulting in Substantial Bodily Harm. The following disposition/action was a result thereof: Preliminary hearing set for Nov. 1, 2011, at 1:30 p.m.



In the matter regarding the defendant, Sergio Castellanos, having been charged with the crime(s) of: Driving without a Valid License. The following disposition/action was a result thereof: Defendant entered a plea of "Guilty"; Fined $412.
