Sheriff's Report
The Lander County Sheriff's Office reports the following arrests for the period of Nov. 12 - 17.
Nov. 13
Francisco Javier Castaneda, of Battle Mountain, was booked for serving time on court sentence.
Clorressa Lorraine Oppenhein, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for contempt of court.
Nov. 14
Fernando Carrillo, of Winnemucca, was arrested for disturbing the peace.
Jose Carrillo, of Winnemucca, was arrested for resisting a public officer.
Nov. 15
Timothy James Puder, of Concord, Calif., was arrested for other jurisdiction warrant.
Nov. 16
Angela Johnston, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for DUI, above legal limit, (1st).
Santiago Villanueva, of Lander County, was arrested for NHP warrant.
Nov. 17
Brandon Lee Annis, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for 1) other jurisdiction warrant; 2) failure to appear after admission; 3) other jurisdiction warrant; 4) burglary; 5) contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Jerrik Wayne Page, of Lander County, was arrested for 1) conspiracy accessory to burglary; 2) contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Sonny James Stillwell, of Olivehurst, Calif., was arrested for 1) possession of marijuana less than one ounce; 2) under the influence of a controlled substance.[[In-content Ad]]
