Oct. 26
Rocky Lee Jarrett, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for Probation Violation.
Oct. 27
Daniel Alexander Demaire, of Culpeper, Va., was arrested for Pedestrian under the Influence on Highway.
Edwin Armando Loya, of Winnemucca, was arrested for 1) Basic Speed; 2) Driving Under The Influence Of Drugs.
James Bernard Sullivan, of Nederland, Colo., was arrested for Civil Protective Custody-Alcohol.
Oct. 28
Karl Allan Bryant, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for Contempt of Court.
Larry Eugene Hees, of Anaheim, Calif., was arrested for1) Possession of Methamphetamine; 2) Log Book Violation; 3) Driving under the Influence of Drugs; 4) Possession of Paraphernalia; 5) Possession of Hypodermic Device.
Oct. 30
Dermont Murry Defa, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for Battery.
James Benton Phillips, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for Battery and Domestic Violence.
