The Lander County Sheriff's Office reports the following arrests for the period of April 30 to May 4:
April 30
Miguel Cortes Saavedra, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for 1) Assault with a Deadly Weapon; 2) Battery by Strangulation.
Fauna Renee King, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for 1) Battery/Domestic Violence; 2) Resist Public Officer.
May 1
Crystal Lynn Blackmon, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for Disturbing the Peace.
May 2
Crystal Marie Ayers, of Lander County, was arrested for 1) Possession of Methamphetamine; 2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Elizabeth Ann Esparza, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for 1) DUI, Above Legal Limit, 1st; 2) Fail Yield at Stop/Yield Sign.
Jimmie Arnold Thomas, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for Drive on Suspended/Revoked Driver License.
May 3
Jay Daniel Owens, of Winnemucca, was arrested for 1) Non Resident Driving Privilege Suspended; 2) Windshield Broken.
Francisco Javier Castaneda, of Battle Mountain, was booked to serve time on a court sentence.
Ray Henry Williams III, of Austin, was arrested for 1) Resist Public Officer; 2) Turn Signals Required; 3) DUI, Above Legal Limit, 2nd.
May 4
Roy Ivan Haggerty, of Elko, was booked to serve time on a court sentence.
