The Lander County Sheriff's Office reports the following arrests for the period of Dec. 31 to Jan. 6.
Dec. 31
Jonathan William Shanahan, of Utah, was arrested for other jurisdiction warrant.
Sean Lee Smith, of Winnemucca, was booked for serving time on court sentence.
Jan. 2
Aaron Raye Fagg, of Battle Mountain, was booked for serving time on court sentence.
Shalako H. Morse, of Elko, was arrested for 1) expiration/renewal registration; 2) driving with license suspended; 3) speeding 11 to 15 over limit.
Dakota Anthony Stace, of Battle Mountain, was booked for serving time on court sentence.
Jan. 4
Jack C. Gardner, of Reno, was arrested for failure to appear after admission.
Sam Mike Pahe, of Lukachukai, Ariz., was arrested for 1) driving under the influence of alcohol; 2) basic speed 11-20 over limit; 3) driving on right side of road required; 4) open container of alcohol in vehicle.
Chad William Derrick, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for failure to appear after admission.
Jan. 5
Thomas Paul Jay, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for 1) driving under the influence of alcohol; 2) driving without a valid license; 3) fail to yield right of way; 4) possession of stolen property; 5) other jurisdiction warrant.
Jan. 6
Janet Lee Glenn, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for 1) battery on a police officer; 2) resist public officer.
Roy Alan Glenn, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for 1) resist public officer; 2) assault on a peace officer or public officer.
