Feb. 3
Clifford Dean Dixon, of Battle Mountain, was booked to serve time on a court sentence.
Feb. 4
Michael David Johnson, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for Criminal Contempt.
Feb. 5
Gerred Lee Wachsmuth, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for 1) Intoxicated Person in a Public Place; 2) Temporary Hold for Evaluation.

The following disposition/action was a result thereof: Defendant entered plea of "Guilty" to both counts; Sentenced: 1) Fined $352, 180 days jail/Credit one/179 days suspended upon conditions; 2) Fined $302, 180 days jail suspended upon conditions.
