The Lander County Sheriff's Office reports the following arrests for the period of Sept. 23 - 29
Sept. 23
Mark Alan Altman, of Lacey, Wash., was arrested for driving without a valid license.
Fermin Lopez, of Santa Cruz, Calif., was arrested for 1) possession of drug paraphernalia; 2) open alcohol container in vehicle.
Sept. 24
William Sloan Thompson, of Salt Lake City, Utah, was arrested for probation violation (F) P&P hold.
Sept. 25
Jason Blackeye Allison, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for other jurisdiction warrant.
Brent David Baker, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for other jurisdiction warrant.
Terry John Penola, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for 1) failure to appear after admission; 2) P&P/probation violation.
Chad William Derrick, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for failure to appear after admission.
Tori Lauren Morris, of Spring Creek, was arrested for failure to appear after admission.
Mekyel Kenneth Tybo, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for other jurisdiction warrant.
Ty Tell York, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for resisting a public officer.
Sept. 26
Crystal Marie Ayers, of Battle Mountain, was arrested for violation of temporary stalking order.
Sept. 27
Baltazar Olguin Duarte, of other jurisdiction, Ariz., was booked for serving time on court sentence.
Clorressa Lorraine Oppenhein, of Battle Mountain, was booked for serving time on court sentence.
Jeremy David Colucci, of Battle Mountain, was booked for serving time on court sentence.
Sept. 28
Vickie Lynn Dick, of Lander County, was booked for a temporary hold-tribal.
Sally Carlene Knight, of Lander County, was booked for a temporary hold-tribal.
Loren Howard Sneed, of Battle Mountain, was booked for a temporary hold-tribal.
Judith Victoria Lynn Weibley, of Battle Mountain, was booked for a temporary hold-tribal.
