The Lander County Sheriff's Office reports the following arrests for the period of Oct. 22 - 28, 2012.
Oct. 22
David Chavez, of Lander County was arrested for 1) Possession of Marijuana/One Ounce or Less; 2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; 3) Use of Controlled Substance.
Alexander Michael Fowler, of Lander County was arrested for Failure to Appear after Admission.
Connie Lu Ann Schepker, of Lander County was arrested for Failure to Appear after Admission.
Oct. 24
Courtney Dione Smart, of Battle Mountain was arrested for Forgery.
Karl Allan Bryant, of Lander County was booked for Serving Time on Court Sentence.
Oct. 26
Darron Ryan Pipkins, of Battle Mountain was arrested for Battery/Domestic Violence.
Tyler Anthony Rice, of San Andreas, Calif., was arrested for 1) Possession of Marijuana with Intent; 2) Possession of Marijuana; 3) Transporting a Controlled Substance.
Oct. 28
Theodore Lee Ramos, of Round Mountain was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
Nicole Leeann Scherer, of Battle Mountain was arrested for 1) Possession of Methamphetamine; 2) Use of a Controlled Substance Schedule I, II, III, or IV; 3) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
