Champoo Landt shot a low gross score of 94 to win the first flight of the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club Rally for a Cure tournament Tuesday at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
Terri Kracaw was low net in the first flight with a 72 and Ellen Aker was second at 75. Candace Puls was low gross in the second flight with a round of 105, while Karen Aldrich and Carole Doughty tied for low-net honors at 78.
Cher Alvarez was low gross in the third flight at 109 and Della Domingo was low net with an 70. Lori Mitch (73) was second in the net division.
Puls and Domingo had the fewest putts with 28 apiece. Lynda Walton, Rene Vesco, Jean Mentaberry, Lori Warnert and Aker each had chip-ins.
Kracaw was closest to the hole on No. 2 at 4 feet, 7 inches and Mitch was closest on No. 5 at 30-3.[[In-content Ad]]
