WINNEMUCCA - Champoo Landy shot a low gross score of 91 to win the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club Pro's Posse tournament Tuesday at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
Laurie Pluemer and Carole Doughty tied for low-net honors at 72. Della Domingo was low gross in the second flight with a round of 103, while Bev Upshaw and Linda Dufurrena tied for low net at 76.
Kay Billingsley was low gross in the third flight at 116 and Jean Mentaberry was low net with an 80. Inez Davis was second in the net division with a 90.
Dufurrena and Doughty had the fewest putts with 28 apiece and Upshaw and Dufurrena each had chip-ins. Pluemer was closest to the hole on No. 2 at 6 feet, 5 inches, and No. 5 at 1-8.
