Vera Mullins shot a low gross score of 36 to win the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club O.N.E.S tournament Tuesday at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
Nina Smith was first in the net division of the first flight at 36, while Rene Vesco led the way in the in the second flight in the gross division at 53. Auda Boyle was low net in the second flight at 37.5. Kris Crawford (57) was low gross in the third flight and Jean Mentaberry was low net at 37.5.
Mullins had the fewest putts with 30 and Carole Doughty and Vesco had chip-ins. Lori Warnert was closest to the hole on No. 2 at 17 feet and Doughty was closest on No. 5 at 5-2.[[In-content Ad]]
