Gail Piquet shot a score of 25.5 to win the first flight of the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club Blind Hole tournament Tuesday at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
Cher Alvarez (33) was second in the first flight and Vera Mullins was third at 34.5.
Lori Warnert led way in the second flight with a 28.5 and Jean Mentaberry was second at 35. Kay Billingsley finished third with a 36.
Lynda Walton, Linda Dufurrena and Piquet had the fewest putts on the day with 27 each. Rene Vesco, Lori Mitch, Mullins and Billingsley all had chip-ins.
Ellen Aker was closest to the hole on No. 5 at 15 feet, 9 inches.[[In-content Ad]]
