Nina Smith shot a low gross score of 85 to win the first flight of the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club Ace High tournament Tuesday at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
Terri Kracaw was low net in the first flight at 57 and Lynda Walton (69) was second.
Cher Alvarez led the way in the second flight with a gross score of 199, and Carole Doughty and Rene Vesco were first and second, respectively, in the net division with scores of 64 and 65.
Lori Mitch shot a 102 for first place in the third flight and Kay Billingsley and Jean Mentaberry tied for low net honors at 74.
Kracaw had the fewest putts with 27 apiece and Smith, Mentaberry, Walton and Doughty had chip-ins.
Smith was closest to the hole on No. 2 at 29 feet and Walton was closest on No. 5 at 7-4.[[In-content Ad]]
