WINNEMUCCA - Champoo Landt shot a low gross score of 89 to win the first flight of the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club Rally for a Cure tournament Tuesday at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
Terri Kracaw was low net in the first flight with a 70 and was named the overall winner. For her efforts she was awarded a brand new 7-wood.
Lynda Walton was second at 73. Rene Vesco was low gross in the second flight with a round of 108, while Della Domingo and Lori Warnert were first and second, respectively, in the net division at 72 and 74.
Jean Mentaberry was low gross in the third flight at 108 and Mary Lou Curti was low net with an 88.
Karen Aldrich and Landt had the fewest putts with 28 apiece. Candace Puls and Vesco each had chip-ins.
Kracaw was closest to the hole on No. 2 at 2 feet, 10 inches.[[In-content Ad]]
