Clinton and Kathleen Diong are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Keilana, born Jan. 17, 2012, at 11:04 a.m., at Humboldt General Hospital. She weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces. She joins her brother, and three sisters at home. Maternal grandparents are Rick and Mary Jackson of Kankakee, Ill.
