WINNEMUCCA - Hailey Strom, Jr. Miss Rodeo Winnemucca 2011, will be crowning her successor, Kerstin Christiansen, at Spare Time Bowl today.
The event begins with the pageant exhibition of horsemanship at 4 p.m., followed by speech, modeling and refreshments.
