James Richard Stinnett passed away suddenly on July 8, 2011. Born in Merced, Calif., on March 29, 1936. James Richard Stinnett lived in Eureka, Nev., throughout his school years and graduated from Eureka High School in 1954. Jim owned and operated the Stinnett trucking company located in Lovelock. In his younger years his hobbies were hunting, fishing, and relaxing with his good friends and family.
James Richard Stinnett is survived by his daughter Jeaneen Stinnett-Miller and husband Davis from North Carolina, son Craig Richard Stinnett of Lovelock, granddaughters Jenessa Renee Bingham of North Carolina, Melissa Veronica Patrick-Stinnett of Lovelock and Stephanie Marie Stinnett of Reno.
Proceeded in death by his son James Thomas Stinnett (Jim Jr.), sister Marian Stinnett Herrera and parents James Thomas Stinnett and Evelyn K. Stinnett.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 16, 2011, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church 1045 Franklin Ave. Lovelock Nevada 89419 at 10 am.
