The Humboldt County Rodeo Club made a rare home appearance last weekend as it hosted the Nevada High School Rodeo Association. The cutting portion of the event was held at the Lucas Sandhill Feedlot on Friday, April 26. The remainder of the rodeo was held Saturday and Sunday at the Winnemucca Events Complex. There are four rodeos left in the spring season before the state finals in Fallon in June. The association travels to Lincoln County today and Saturday. The remaining rodeos include Washoe, Elko and Eureka.
