WINNEMUCCA - The Humboldt General Hospital District Board of Trustees will hold their regular meeting on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the Sarah Winnemucca Conference Room.
The meeting begins with the call to order, public commentary and medical staff and hospital department reports. That will be followed by the possible approval of the March 27 meeting minutes, medical staff appointments and reappointments and the presentation, review and possible approval of warrants.
Agenda items include proposals to provide surgery services in the area served by the hospital district and terms and conditions of an agreement for surgery services. The board will also discuss Jim Parrish's employment agreement with the hospital district.
Also scheduled is authorization to purchase a "Sim Man" simulator and an update on physician recruitment.
