WINNEMUCCA - The Humboldt General Hospital Board of Trustees will be holding their next meeting tonight at 5:30 p.m. in the Sarah Winnemucca Conference Room at the hospital.
The meeting will open with the call to order, public commentary, medical staff and hospital department reports, approval of previous meeting minutes and medical staff appointments and reappointments.
Items on the agenda include Dr. Li Shouping employment performance review and payment of employment agreement bonus; acute care remodel building project update; employment agreement terms and conditions for Dr. Mark Andrews and physician recruitment updates including scheduled visits and proposed terms and conditions for providing physician services.
The meeting will close with trustee comments/staff reports and public comment.
