WINNEMUCCA - Tuesday's hospital board meeting will begin with an opportunity for public comments. Then the board will hear reports from the medical staff and the EMS department.
Hospital administration will give a Charity Care program update, an update on the phase two remodel and the remodel of the Humboldt Manor courtyard.
The public relations director and administrator will introduce a community opinions program.
Items for discussion and action include an award of a contract to purchase chiller equipment and electrical upgrades needed at the hospital. The board will consider purchase of a new CT system for the radiology department. Purchase of maternal - fetal monitoring equipment will be considered, as will purchase of an arterial blood gas analyzer.
Physician recruitment will be discussed, followed by reports from trustees and staff.
