Hospital board meeting on Tuesday, February 25th

Agenda includes equipment purchases, operation costs and property purchase

Humboldt General Hospital's Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday Feb. 25 at 5:30 in the Sarah Winnemucca Room at the hospital. The agenda includes reports from the medical staff and EMS Department as well as an update on the charity care program and hospital financial report.

The board will consider:

purchase of an orthopedic power system for $21,591.

purchase of a LigaSure Impact instrument for surgery for $27,675

purchase of a nurse call system for Harmony Manor for $69,600

determination that certain items of equipment are no longer needed and may disposed

property purchase agreement for property at 1145 Harmony Road

operational cost projections for phases 3,4, and 5 of hospital construction

charity care recommendations

scheduling a budget hearing

filling the vacant board of trustees position

physician recruitment
