WINNEMUCCA - The Humboldt General Hospital District Board of Trustees will meet on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Sara Winnemucca Conference Room at the hospital.
The board will take public comments and then move to the agenda, which includes:
Medical staff and hospital department reports, presentation, review and approval of financial reports.
Other agenda items include:
1. Hospital administration/purchase of bone density machine for radiology in the approximate sum of $50,000.
2. Hospital administration/fiscal year 2012-13 tentative budget
3. Surgery services in the area served by Humboldt County Hospital District (HCHD)/alternatives for providing surgery services for HCHD/authorization to solicit proposals to provide surgery services for HCHD/terms and conditions of Sept. 2, 2010, employment agreement between HCHD and Dr. Soon Kim for surgeon services/authorization to give notice by HCHD to Kim for termination of the Sept. 2, 2010, employment agreement without cause.
4. Determination that three laptop computers and 14 hospital beds are no longer required for public use by the hospital and authorization to dispose of equipment as surplus property.
5. Hospital administration/award presentation.
6. Hospital administration-physician recruitment/physician inquiries, scheduled visits and proposed terms and conditions for providing physician services.
