Humboldt General Hospital's Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 5:30 p.m. in the Sarah Winnemucca Conference Room at the hospital. The agenda begins with medical staff and hospital department reports.
CTA Construction representatives and HGH owner's representative, Michael Sheppard, will review the building plan and update board members on phase three facilities expansion and construction. They will be looking for authorization to condense the planning, design and construction schedule for future phases of HGH expansion and rehabilitation.
The property lease agreement with Union Pacific for a construction services area to be used for the expansion project will be up for possible approval.
The board will consider approval of the terms and conditions of the agreement with Synergy Surgicalists to provide orthopedic surgery and related services in Winnemucca.
An employment agreement between the hospital and a new nurse practitioner, Echo Matthews, will be discussed.
Maintence expenditures will be up for approval including replacement steam coils and water softener replacement equipment.
The final item on Tuesday's agenda is physician recruitment.
