My name is Greg West and I am the chief operating officer of Healthcare Resource Group (HRG), the company that provides the billing services for Humboldt General Hospital. Just as HGH is committed to providing the best possible care for their patients, HRG is committed to providing the best possible service to the hospital and its patients. That means we should be providing accurate and timely billing and excellent service to you.
We have had feedback from the hospital administration that we have fallen short of our goal on occasion. In order for us to assure we keep improving and continue providing the best service, it's important that we be in touch with you, the patient.
HRG will have a representative on-site at the hospital from Monday, Dec. 8, through Friday, Dec. 12, to meet with those of you who have questions, issues or complaints regarding your hospital bill. We will be teaming up with a member of the hospital to answer or hear all your issues and work with you on your billing inquires. Our representative will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day in the HGH business office.
HRG is available to you daily on our toll free line at (855) 880-7339 to answer your questions, but we feel this on-site time will provide you better access and valuable face-to-face interaction. HRG and HGH are planning to provide this same service on a regular basis and will send out additional information on the frequency and dates.
