Wendy Guffey and Efrain Villalobos are proud to announce their upcoming marriage June 9, 2012, in Eagle, Idaho. Wendy is the daughter of Jim and Regina Bowman of Sundance, Wyo. Efrain is the son of Teresa Villalobos and the late Alfonso Villalobos of Orovada. Wendy graduated from Campbell County High School in Gillette, Wyo., and is employed with the United States Postal Service.
