Grant brothers hold wrestling camp at high school

Justin Grant and Trevor Grant, who were state wrestling champions at Lowry High School, returned to Winnemucca to hold a three-day camp last week. Both went on to Colorado State University-Pueblo, where Justin Grant was a multiple time Academic All-American and a 2010 Division II national qualifier. Trevor Grant is currently at CSU-Pueblo, where he was a 2012 national qualifier. Also making the trip to Winnemucca was fellow CSU-Pueblo wrestler Jessi Hillhouse and CSU-Pueblo head coach Dax Charles. In addition, other college wrestlers were at the camp to help instruct. The camp was held to expose wrestlers to a variety of techniques and new ideas to enhance their wrestling careers. The camp included conditioning and techniques sessions, lectures and live wrestling. A percentage of the proceeds from the camp will be donated to the Lowry wrestling program through a private donation.
