Grace Marie Starr-Millard, 35, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014. Grace was born in Hawthorne, Nev., on Dec. 3, 1978. She graduated from Pershing County School District in 1997 after moving to Lovelock from Glendale, Ore.
Grace later moved to Round Mountain, Nev., where she was married and gave life to three beautiful children. Marcus, Troy and Chloe were the lights of her life. She devoted her life to being the best mother possible and ensuring her children's happiness.
In 2011, Grace returned to Lovelock where she worked at Florida Canyon Mine and reunited with and eventually married Robert Millard. The couple made their home in Yerington, Nev.
Grace had a beautiful soul and had a zest for life. She enjoyed traveling, baking and gardening in her spare time. She will be missed by many friends and family. Her kindness and generosity will live on through her children.
Grace is preceded in death by her grandfather, Frank H. Starr, and her father, James D. Starr. She is survived by her husband, Robert; her mother, Ramona (Randy) Mitchell; step-mother, Kim Starr and grandmother Margaret Starr; children - Marcus, Troy and Chloe; sisters, Lisa Jensen, Deanna Hernandez and Kathryn Starr; brother, Jeremy (Bethany) Starr; and numerous grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014.[[In-content Ad]]
