Come celebrate local agriculture and support Agriculture Education programs with the 9th Annual GBC Agriculture Student Organization (Aggies) Dinner and Concert on Friday, May 9, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Western Folklife Center in Elko.
The Keynote speaker will be Senator Pete Goicoechea with a Nevada Agriculture Legislative Update. There will also be presentations from local Agri-business Owner/Operator Aron Hansen and Nevada Beef Ambassador and Aggies Vice President Ashley Buckingham. Entertainment will follow by local artist Jay Dalton. Outstanding Agriculture Graduate Lance Thompson and Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Studies - Natural Resource graduate Khatlyn Micheli will be recognized, as well.
