Four arrested in connection with Flying J armed robbery

WINNEMUCCA - Winnemucca police detectives arrested four individuals Tuesday in connection with an armed robbery at the Lucky J Casino in the Flying J truck stop that occurred in the early morning hours of March 6.

According to a WPD news release, Kacy Logan, Cole Peterson, Nathaniel Belingheri, and Ryan Larue were all booked into the Humboldt County Jail. Logan was charged with armed robbery. His bail was set at $50,000. The remaining three were charged with conspiracy to commit a crime (robbery) and accessory to a felony (robbery). Their bail was set at $40,000 each.

WPD detectives learned through their six-month investigation that Logan, 24, allegedly committed the robbery. WPD detectives also learned that Logan was not alone in the commission of this robbery. Belingheri, 25, Larue, 29, and Peterson, 19, were allegedly waiting in the getaway vehicle, according to WPD officials.

After fleeing the area of the Flying J, Belingheri allegedly drove the group to a local motel where they all checked in. Once inside the motel room the proceeds from the robbery were divided amongst the group, according to the WPD news release.
