A truck and mini-van collided at the intersection of Hanson and Fourth Street at about five minutes to 12 on Thursday afternoon. The accident slowed traffic for about 10 minutes while ambulance crews attended to the driver of the mini-van. The victim was transported to Humboldt General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Winnemucca Police officials said the driver of the truck was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way. The north-bound truck hit the south-bound van as the truck driver was attempting to turn left onto Fourth Street from Hanson.[[In-content Ad]]
