EP Minerals opens new warehouse in Lovelock

LOVELOCK - EP Minerals officially opened a new $1.1 million warehouse at their Colado Plant in Lovelock last weekend.

On hand for the brief ceremony was Dave Keselica, CEO for the company, who said, "EP Minerals ships our products to nearly 100 countries worldwide, and most of our exported product is produced right here at our largest facility in Lovelock. This increase in warehouse space will help support both the domestic and international growth of our business - reducing lead times and improving customer satisfaction."

The new 26,000-square-foot facility is the most significant expansion of the Lovelock facility in more than a decade.

The public is invited to the company's ribbon-cutting ceremony on Aug. 14 at 11:30 a.m. Following the ceremony, EP Minerals will host a complimentary barbecue of hamburgers and hot dogs for those attending.

EP Minerals has been operating in Nevada since 1945 and is a world leader in diatomite and perlite products used in filtration, absorbent, and functional additive applications.
