Ellis Robert (Bob) Roseberry, a devoted family man and hero to many, passed away Oct. 8, 2013, at home surrounded by his loving family and friends.
He was born Nov. 14, 1936, in Emmett, Idaho, to George and Dollie Roesberry.
He is survived by his beloved wife Waunetta (Prough) of 55 years, his children: Becky McPheeters Boise, Idaho; R Todd (Janele Repp) Roseberry, Woodward, Iowa; Pennie (Todd) Martin, Redding, Calif.: his grandchildren: Amber (James) Swartz; Jeremy McPheeters; Sydnee (Nick) Rodgers; Remington (Kristine) Martin; Chase Roseberry and Gretchen Martin: great grandchildren; Heidi, Cristopher, Andrea, Ada, Benjamin and Eston. Siblings: Lois (Leon) Whitmore, Betty Allen, Jack (Ruth) Roesberry, Greg (Janice) Roeberry, Les Roesberry, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Norma Akovenko, brother Charles Roesberry, brother in law Bud Allen, niece Debbie Allen, and nephew Brett Roesberry.
A Celebration of Life will be held Oct. 19, 2013, at Harvest Assembly Church, Emmett, Idaho, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers you may, at Robert's request, make a donation to Pet Adoption League of Gem County, 1526 N. Washington Ave, Emmett, Idaho 83617.
