WINNEMUCCA - The Humboldt General Hospital District Board of Trustees will hold their monthly meeting tonight at 5:30 p.m. in the Sarah Winnemucca Conference Room.
The meeting begins with the call to order, public comment and medical staff and hospital department reports.
Consent agenda items include the review and possible approval of the Jan. 31 meeting minutes and medical staff appointments/reappointments. That will be followed by the presentation, review and possible approval of financial reports.
Agenda items include the election of a board chairman and secretary. Also scheduled is the proposed purchase of a perinatal data system for the obstetrics department, including delivery, installation, training, support and maintenance and a proposed purchase of 14 hospital beds for acute care, including delivery, installation, training and maintenance.
In addition, the administrator will seek authorization to solicit the Hospital Auxiliary for funding to purchase chest compression equipment. That will be followed by a physician recruitment update.
The meeting concludes with trustee comments, staff reports and public commentary.
