Reaux's Creaux, consisting of teammates Rue Chitwood (center), Brittany Shober (right), Ehren Inkel (left), and Mike Beyer (not pictured), won fourth place in the Bean Master class with their chocolate cheesecake and shrimp etouffee. The cook-off Saturday at Riverview Park consisted of three classes: Bean Master, entrée and dessert, and Chuck Wagon, entrée, and the youth category. Winners for the youth category were: first place - Rory Leflar with Heaps of Hominy; second place - Burn, Finley Lefevre, with lasagna. Winners for the Bean Master class were: first place - RLM Ranch, Mindi Leflar, with chili verde and tres leches cake; second place - The Dutch Diva, Randy and Terry Bell, with pork roast with sage stuffing and three-layer carrot cake; third place - Betty and Dan Rogers with cioppino and caramel apple spice cake; and fourth place - Reaux's Creaux. Winners of the Chuck Wagon class were: first place - Team E-Bomb, Erin Hart, with beef burgundy; second place - Supernova, Alan and Lisa Davis, with jambalaya; third place - DOCO Doogles, Katie Dehlin and Jessica Powell, with High Sierra Gumbo; and fourth place - The Nogotta Ranch Cooking Crew, Bob and Pat Himmelreich, with Taste of Thanksgiving.
