Dorothy M. Cerini 93, of Lovelock died peacefully on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at Pershing General Nursing Home. She was born Sept. 28, 1918, in Los Angeles, Calif. She was a resident of Lovelock for the past 73 years and a devoted member of the Jehovah's Witness's for the past 50 years. She was preceded in death by a son Arnold Cerini in 1946 and her husband George Cerini in 1982. Mrs. Cerini is survived by three sons, Louis Wood (Pam) of San Antonio, Texas, Frank (Dianne) and David (Susan) Cerini of Lovelock and 1 daughter, Sandra (Don) of Fallon and numerous Grand, Great Grand and Great Great Grandchildren and was loved by everyone she met.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 3, 2012, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Lovelock Funeral Home. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 4, 2012, at the Pershing County Community Center with burial at Lone Mountain Cemetery.
Family and friends were invited to a luncheon at Meiskothen Hall following graveside services.
