Sean and Janice Elliott are proud to announce the birth of their first child Donovan James Joseph Elliott. He was born on Dec. 11, 2012 in Baltimore, Md. Donovan weighed 9lbs. 9 oz., and he was 21 in. long. Paternal grandparents are Cheryl Elliott of Columbus, Ohio and Monte and Libby Elliott of Heath, Ohio.
