Donald Lee Elwell, who was born Dec. 14, 1951, to Fred and Margaret Elwell in Winnemucca, Nev., passed away Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, in Lubbock, Texas.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2013, at the First Baptist Church of Winnemucca starting at 11 a.m.
The family requests no flowers be sent, but instead donations may be given in his honor to the Food Bank of Northern Nevada at www.fbnn.org.
Survivors include three daughters, Melissa Worstell and husband Ric, of Indianapolis, Ind., Christine Finkbeiner and husband Darel, of Knoxville ,Tenn., and Addie Wilson of Yerington, Nev.; his siblings, Frederick Elwell, Jr. and wife Elaine of Touella, Utah, Lillian Bohannan of Big Spring, Texas, Dana Elwell of Reno, Nev., and Joe Elwell and wife Christal of Yuma, Ariz.; many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, older sister, Kathleen Dubert, sister-in-law, Betty Elwell and friend and brother-in-law Earl Bohannan.[[In-content Ad]]
