Humboldt General Hospital's Diabetes Support Group is going to have a little fun at its next meeting.
The group will play "Diabetes Jeopardy" from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 3, in the hospital's Sonoma conference room; Humboldt General Hospital Director of Nutrition and Dietary Services Tiffani Nalivka will lead the evening's "game."
Diabetics, pre-diabetics, caregivers and those who are interested in preventing diabetes are invited to attend.
Nalivka said Wednesday's activity will give participants the chance to bring their questions about diabetes and get the answers that will lead them to optimum health.
"We'll have an enjoyable evening together, and even throw in some prizes for those who can help with the correct answers," said Nalivka.
The Diabetes Support Group is facilitated by Nalivka and Humboldt General Hospital Wellness Coordinator Louis Mendiola.
